The university may submit a revised budget to the proponent in which additional funding is requested if the proponent requests a modification of the sponsored project. Article 5 Publications5.01 Notwithstanding the contrary The proponent acknowledges that the results of the sponsored project must be published, and agrees that researchers participating in the sponsored project must have the right to participate in national or regional technical meetings, and to publish in journals, doctoral theses or other means of their choice the methods and results of the sponsored project, provided that copies of each proposed publication or presentation have been made available to the promoter to a journal, publisher or other third party, before submitting such a publication or presentation. The promoter has thirty (30) days after receiving these copies to oppose such a proposal or publication proposal, as it contains a patentable object.
